Mapo Tofu & How to Stir-Fry Any Leafy Green

Master this super easy and tasty tofu dish and learn the basics of stir-frying vegetables like kale or spinach. Vegetarian options are available.
For your shopping list, here is the mapo tofu recipe and for the leafy green stir-fry, pick up a leafy green of your choice, and some ginger, scallions, and garlic plus soy sauce and/or oyster sauce.
I will be online 15 minutes before each class to chat, answer questions, and allow guests to introduce themselves. The class will last approximately 1.5 hours.
