Mapo Tofu & Wok-Fried Brussel Sprouts

All class times are U.S. Eastern Standard Time (New York/D.C.)

Learn Chinese stir-frying techniques to make two homestyle dishes with a little meat and a lot of flavor. (Vegetarian substitutions are available; other vegetables can be substituted for brussel sprouts.)

Jen will be online half an hour before each class to chat, answer questions, and allow guests to introduce themselves. The class will last approximately 1 hour. 

Suggested donation: $25 or more by PayPal or Venmo.

RSVP to classes@blacksesamekitchen.com. Zoom information and shopping list will be sent with your confirmation. Recipes will be sent the day before the class.

There are some special ingredients you may want to shop for in advance. They are optional but add a unique, authentic flavor to what we'll be cooking: 

Sichuan peppercorns: available at Chinese/Asian grocers or on Amazon. 

Broad bean paste: available at Chinese/Asian grocers or on Amazon.
